As with our other pork products, our sausages are made using the same locally farmed pork. All of our sausages contain a high meat content. Hand mixed and hand linked, we produce our sausages the old fashioned way. All of our sausages have natural casings, as we don’t believe in anything artificial!
With a stronger taste than our plain sausage, this is made with a traditional Cumberland seasoning. Cumberland sausage is ideal for your breakfast, toad in the hole, BBQ’s, casseroles or the old favourite, sausage and mash.
